They would by no means be unsuccessful, but at a certain point they would simply hit a ceiling. The growth would slow and then still, leaving business owners running off their feet to barely maintain their profits while wondering what could be causing this sudden stagnation. 

The problem was never that they couldn’t grow. It was that they weren’t giving themselves room to grow. Their lack of development was a direct result of the limitations of their systems, teams, and processes.

These are the same systems, teams, and processes that got them this far, which is why I saw so many business owners refuse to believe that they needed a change. 

They were trying to grow a tree in a greenhouse without admitting that what works for a sapling won’t work for a mighty oak.
